Welcome to Utsovia, your trusted brand for elegant German Silver products for gifting, décor, and celebrations. By purchasing from us, either directly through our catalogue or online, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Information
All products are handcrafted; minor variations in design, polish, color tone, or weight may occur. Product dimensions and weights are approximate and for reference only. Images used in the catalogue and on the website are for representation purposes. Actual product
may differ slightly.
2. Pricing & Taxation
All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. GST is applicable as per prevailing government norms and will be added to the invoice where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on material cost or design updates.
3. Order Placement
Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, email, or direct sales contact. B2B orders may require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) depending on the product. For customized gifting or bulk requirements, a lead time will be communicated and must be acknowledged before order confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
For B2C Buyers: 100% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
For B2B Buyers: Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% before dispatch, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing. Payment modes accepted: NEFT, RTGS, UPI, cheque (subject to clearance), or online payment gateway (if applicable).
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through reputed courier or transport partners. Delivery timelines vary based on location and order volume. Estimated delivery will be communicated at the time of order. Shipping charges are additional unless specified as “free shipping.” Utsovia is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances (natural alamities, transport strikes, etc.).
6. Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless: The product is received in damaged condition. The item received is completely different from the one ordered. In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images/video of the product and packaging. Replacements will be dispatched after review and confirmation.
7. Customization & Bulk Orders
Customization of products, logos, tags, or packaging is available for bulk orders. A separate design approval process and charges (if any) will be shared before production. Advance payment is non-refundable once custom/bulk production begins.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including product designs, images, branding, logos, and catalogue material, is the intellectual property of Utsovia. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Warranty & Product Care
German Silver products are decorative in nature and require gentle handling. Products should be cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. No warranty is provided for tarnishing, wear, or discoloration over time, which is
natural for silver-coated metals.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
All transactions are subject to Indian laws. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Uttar Pradesh India.
