Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately (Monday to Friday).

For domestic orders (within India): Allow 5-7 business days for dispatch from our warehouse.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

Domestic (India): We ship to all major cities / PIN codes.

We partner with reliable courier / express-shipping companies. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Estimates

Domestic (India): After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 2–6 business days, depending on location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Factors like customs delays, natural events, or courier disruptions may affect delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email (and if opted-in, SMS) with your tracking number and courier link.

Please use the tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress. If the link is inactive or shows no movement for more than 48 hours, reach out to us and we will assist.

5. Address & Delivery Information

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including PIN/country code and contact number.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery if incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal, you may be responsible for any additional reshipment costs.

6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If you believe your order is lost, damaged in transit or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our Customer Support at: info@utsovia.com or WhatsApp 9821370333 within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier and if necessary initiate a claim on your behalf.

Please retain the packaging and product until the claim is resolved.

7. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-related)

If a return/exchange is approved, you may be responsible for the return shipping charge unless otherwise specified by Utsovia.

8. Policy Changes

Utsovia reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers will be subject to the Shipping Policy in effect at the time the order is placed.
