Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Utsovia, every piece is handcrafted with utmost precision and care by skilled artisans.
As each creation is made individually, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation Policy, except in the rare case of a product being damaged or broken upon delivery.

We request all customers to read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy

All sales on utsovia.com are final.
Products once delivered cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Each item is uniquely handcrafted, and minor variations in design, color, or texture are part of the charm of artisanal craftsmanship — not defects.

2. Cancellations

Orders placed on our website cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within 6 hours of purchase and before dispatch.

Once an order is processed or shipped, no cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances — this applies to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

For COD orders, please note:

Refusing to accept a COD parcel at the time of delivery without a valid reason may result in account restrictions for future orders.

Repeated COD order rejections may lead to the customer being restricted from placing further COD orders.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care to pack and ship every product securely.
However, if you receive a broken, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To claim a replacement or refund in such a case, you must:

1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the damaged product as received.


2. Share the video and product images with us on our official WhatsApp number: +91 98213 70333 within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Alternatively, you can email the details to info@utsovia.com.

 

After our team reviews and verifies the claim:

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (for prepaid orders).

For COD orders, refund (if approved) will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Claims submitted without proper unboxing video evidence or after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for any refund or replacement.

4. Important Notes

Products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless damaged during transit.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We do not offer reverse pickup in remote areas; customers may be asked to ship the item back after approval.

Utsovia reserves the right to approve or reject any damage claim based on the validity of provided evidence.
